No bar. Breakfast options very limited and cup of tea was cold.

Location near to happenings, eateries..just infront of harbour mall!!. Clean room and toilet

On the 1st day, we have to change to other room because of electricity tripped! On the 2nd day, no water supply as the hotel mentioned it was the problem with Jabatan Air Sabah.

The staff were very approachable and would assist with anything asked. The room was great, and cleaner than expected. There is no complaints at all about this hotel. If you¿re staying on a weekend, bring ear plugs. It¿s not a complaint ¿¿

Helpful staff

Even though it was a non-smoking floor the room reeked of tobacco smoke in the walls, furniture, beds, bedding, everywhere. It was extremely unpleasant.

Willie the manager and staff were very helpful and gracious.

Right next to the waterfront, super friedly owner and the staff, amazing freshly brewed coffee in the cafeteria, spacious rooftop terrace. Big, clean room with a sea view, a comfortable bed and pillows, AC, fast Wi-Fi, good breakfast. Easy to find, next to many restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

There was a bit of noise due to the renovation, but there was also a notice about that, so not a big deal

Great breakfast buffet and the staff were lovely. The location was good for the downtown area.

The cleanliness of the room could have been improved. The bedding and bathroom were clean, but the room was dated and there were issues with the structure (floor was soft in a couple spots and the window in our room wasn’t sealed).

It is located in the middle of downtown (?) sandakan and directly near the mall and waterfront. Our first room was dirty and staff were very quick and helpful in giving us a new room. I think for one night in sandakan it’s your „best“ option.

You cannot look at the bedsheets to closely as they will have stains on them. We changed room and still found stains on the bed, pillow and walls. The rooms are moldy and seems very old. The windows and door in the room have no isolation so you will hear everything that is happening outside.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options the location is great right on the water with a restaurant outside across from the mall and the convention center.

Nothing to do with the property, the neighborhood is not inviting or clean. The property is almost an oasis in the area.

Room was a little bit of a let down (dated), compared to rest of hotel

Location was good, the breakfast was tasty and the staff are friendly.

This was my second stay but this room was not as nice. There is no fridge in this room and the AC was not as strong. The noise from the corridor transferred into the room as there is a noticeable gap under the door. The view was a building across the road. Next time I'll upgrade to the King room.

The room was big and the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was exact and I had lovely views of the sea. The room was semi sound proof which was a bonus.

The room could have done with a dusting and the window didn't open which is fine but it also had a small gap which allowed the evening music and noise to enter the room till around 10:30pm.

The Elopura hotel is in a central location, it was clean, the staff were exceptionally helpful and the decor of the hotel is fun. From what we've seen around, this looks like the best hotel in the area.

The hotel is getting a bit old, the rooms are a bit small. The walls were very thin. There were water supply issues during our stay and there was no water at all for a while but that's not the fault of the hotel, it was a problem for the entire town.

Its location is excellent close to waters and downtown,Sandakan.Lots of fish vendors and pastries vendors nearby. Excellent and sumptuous breakfast at the hotel. We were given a Sharukh Khan suite overlooking the Sandakan ocean. Very lovely staffs friendly and polite.

No parking at the property but there’s a mall within walking distance where you can park overnight.

Décor is a bit dated, and I'm not simply referring to the quirky theming (that was interesting).

Location by the water and close to Sandakan Jetty but far from town centre.

Could have been cleaner in the washroom. Non-existent shower pressure. Super thin walls. Can hear talking and coughing between rooms and all street sounds.
